Patient Loyalty Program

• Trusting us to take care of your family and friends oral health is the greatest compliment we can receive. Our referral program acknowledges and expresses our thanks for your support.
• Those patients that attend their recare appointments on a regular basis, and have purchased home whitening kits from the office, will qualify for the Whitening for Life Program.
• Patients of record will be entitled to discounts on Botox treatment.
• If you are getting married, and you are a patient of record, you will be entitled to a special marriage package, (brides and grooms), prior to your wedding to make your smile even better on your special day.
• Every time your child/teen attends their recare appointment, they are entered into the children’s/teen draw for a monthly prize.
• All patients are eligible to enter their name in a draw for Rockets Hockey Tickets when available during the season.
