Stephen was born with “peg” laterals a congenital condition where the lateral incisors are narrow and smaller than what is considered normal anatomy. In order to create the proper spacing and allow for an aesthetically proportioned restoration Stephen under went orthodontic treatment. This created sufficient space, better tooth position and a stable bite. Upon completion of orthodontics conservative veneers were placed to resolve the spacing and create an ideal aesthetic outcome.
