Kate, had sustained a significant injury to her front teeth resulting in damage to her upper anterior incisors and a alveolar bone fracture. Splinting was completed to stabilize the fractured area and allow proper healing. A combination of crowns and veneers were completed to create more ideal anatomy, incisal edge display and smile symmetry.
