Joanne, presented with incisal edge wear and fractured posterior teeth. Restorative intervention was required in order to reduce the wear on her teeth and prevent further breakdown. A De-programmer was used to re-establish a position to build her new bite. From here the bite was opened by restoring her posterior teeth and removing the frictional wear from chewing and a unbalanced occlusion. Aesthetic form and function were re-established to create a smile that was beautiful and functional.
